First we will find the best location, the best floor plan and the best builder for your needs. Then the following steps:
Purchase Procedure:

2. I will help you understand blueprints and floor plans and standard features and options so you can select the best floor plan for your lifestyle and make any changes to them.
3. I will help you select the best lot for your needs and future value to build your home on.
4. I will negotiate a contract for the terms and conditions you desire
5. I will meet you to help you select your individual custom items which will give you the most return on the $.
6. I submit your specifications to the builder and he consults with his architect to draw up your blue prints.
7. I will meet with you on site at the model sales center to review the blue prints and site plan survey.
8. The builder will start to build your home with your exclusive selections.
9. I will meet with you on the job site at your new home during various stages of construction.
10. I will meet you at the final walk thru to insure that the home was built to your specifications and that all items are addressed and written down that may be of concern.
11. I will help coordinate a closing time and date that works for your schedule.
12. I will follow up with you after closing to address any other needs you may have that I can assist you with.
